Our client is seeking an ambitious, energetic, full-time or part-time plastic surgeon to join their team in Calgary & Edmonton Alberta.
Their practice model is optimized for maximum efficiency, providing each physician with:

A dedicated team of nurses & medical assistants

5 exam rooms

Surgical/procedural rooms

A full suite of surgical and aesthetic lasers

An administrative team to manage scheduling, referrals, human resources, marketing & billing

Role Overview
Provide continued, specialized care to patients with skin related concerns. The Dermatologist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to
-
Perform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate treatments for optimal results

Submit consultation notes to the referring family physicians for new patients
-
Provide follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer them to an internal general practitioner for continued care
-
Support the nursing team in delivering effective patient care through coaching
-
Participate in training and education opportunities
-
Adhere to company policies and protocol
Role Qualifications
-
Medical Degree with specialist training in Plastic Surgery
-
Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
-
Physicians with training and certification from a CPSA approved jurisdiction may also be considered
-
Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
