Care Model: Longitudinal Family Practice & Walk-In Hybrid

Full admin and billing support included
🕒 Work Schedule

Clinic Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexible)

Evenings/Weekends: Optional
-
On-Call: ❌ None
-
Telemedicine: Optional (clinic or from home)
👨👩👧👦 Patient Demographics & Volume
📈 High demand area – 30–50 patients/day (your pace)
🌎 Mixed population: seniors, young families, diverse ethnic backgrounds
💰 Compensation & Perks
💵 Remuneration: Fee-for-service (bill MSP directly)
📊 Split: 80/20 → Reduced to 80/15 after 3 months
