Their specialists include reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, physician assistants, nurses, and allied health professionals working together to provide holistic, personalized fertility care.


About the Role
We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant to join our client’s clinical team. Reporting directly to the CEO & Medical Director, this role will involve seeing new patients, conducting comprehensive health assessments, assisting with in-office procedures, managing treatment protocols, and contributing to strategic clinical operations. This position is ideal for a dynamic, motivated healthcare professional committed to advancing reproductive health outcomes through compassionate care and clinical excellence.


Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties

  • Deliver medical care under formal supervision of the Medical Director, aligned with medical directives and clinic protocols

  • Welcome and assess new patients, ensuring a smooth clinical experience

  • Conduct physical examinations, gather medical histories, and document findings

  • Review investigation results, order appropriate tests, and prescribe treatments where applicable

  • Manage and document patient interactions using the clinic's EMR system

  • Support the development of individualized fertility treatment protocols (e.g., IUI, IVF)

  • Administer medications and conduct in-office procedures

  • Schedule follow-up visits and respond to patient inquiries

  • Participate in monitoring rotations for fertility cycles

  • Provide updates to the supervising physician and collaborate across clinical teams

  • Assist with onboarding patients into research studies, where relevant

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

Operational Projects

  • Work with senior leadership on new service rollouts and clinical programs (e.g., specialized procedures and new offerings)

  • Assist in launching and supporting satellite clinic locations

  • Collaborate with administrative and technical teams to streamline processes

  • Champion the adoption of best practices across service lines

  • Represent the clinic at relevant regulatory or compliance meetings (e.g., CPSO, OHPIP)


Qualifications

  • Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Medical or Health Sciences

  • Certified by CAPA/PACCC and a current member of the CPSO

  • At least one year of clinical experience, ideally in a reproductive or women’s health setting

  • Solid understanding of fertility treatments and protocols

  • Familiarity with EMRs, Microsoft Office, and virtual platforms

  • Strong grasp of confidentiality and healthcare regulatory requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible availability, including potential weekend or holiday coverage

  • Willingness to travel between clinic locations if needed
