Overview
Our client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Family Physicians to join their growing primary care team at modern clinic locations in both Langley and Surrey, BC. These clinics are well-established within the community and offer a supportive, collaborative environment designed to help physicians deliver exceptional, patient-centred care.
About the Opportunity
As a Family Physician, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. The clinics are fully equipped with advanced EMR systems, experienced support staff, and interdisciplinary teams that promote efficient workflow and high-quality care.
Physicians working at the Langley location will also have access to specialists located at the Surrey clinic for additional support and clinical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope family medicine to a diverse patient population
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, and manage chronic conditions
- Conduct routine physical exams, preventative health screening, and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with clinic staff, specialists, and allied health professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in clinic programs, quality improvement initiatives, and case discussions as needed
Qualifications
- CCFP designation or eligibility for certification
- Full or provisional licence (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
- US Board Certified welcome
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or community health settings
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
- Commitment to patient-centred, culturally sensitive care
Compensation
- 80/20 split model
- Enhanced split incentive: Once billings exceed $20,000 every two weeks, physicians receive 83% for any portion above $20,000
- $5,000 signing bonus for a 2-year contract
