Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a Full-Time Family Physician to join a large, established clinic in Lindsay, Ontario. This is an exceptional opportunity offering immediate access to over 4,000 attached patients within a well-supported clinical environment.
This role is ideal for a physician seeking stability, strong income potential, and community-based practice with lifestyle balance.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time permanent position
Compensation & Structure
- Compensation target: $300,000–$350,000 annually
- Three-month income stabilization period (no overhead)
- 25% overhead after stabilization
- Four-term contract structure
- Local physician recruitment incentives available (often up to $50,000, depending on eligibility)
- Option to operate under a full rostered model if preferred
Practice Environment
- Large clinic space
- Immediate patient volume
- Strong administrative and clinical support
- Community-based care setting
Requirements
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- American Board Certified Family Physician or Board Eligible
(CPSO supervision available through Physician on site) - CMPA coverage (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
