📍 Downtown Toronto – The PATH
Position Overview
Our Client is seeking two (2) Family Physicians to join a well-established 20-person FHO, with 6 physicians currently practicing onsite, located in the heart of downtown Toronto at The PATH.
This is a high-growth opportunity within a 5,000 sq. ft. fully integrated multidisciplinary clinic.
Practice Highlights
- Established roster of approximately 1,400 patients
- Significant growth capacity
- Collaborative FHO model
- 5,000 sq. ft. modern clinic space
Integrated Services Include:
- Physiotherapy
- Chiropody
- Optometry
- Travel Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Cardiology
Compensation & Structure
- Compensation target: $300,000–$350,000+ annually (dependent on roster growth)
- Three-month income stabilization (no overhead)
- 25% overhead following stabilization
This role is ideal for physicians interested in urban practice within a dynamic, high-volume, multidisciplinary setting.
Requirements
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- American Board Certified Family Physician or Board Eligible
- (CPSO supervision available through Physician on site)
- CMPA coverage (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
