Position Overview
Our Client is recruiting a Family Physician to join an established practice in Cambridge with strong existing patient volumes and full administrative support.
This opportunity offers immediate integration into a busy clinic with collaborative specialist support and integrated services.
Compensation & Structure
- Compensation target: $300,000–$350,000 annually
- Three-month income stabilization (no overhead)
- 25% overhead following stabilization
Practice Environment
- Established and busy patient base
- Onsite clinical and administrative support
- Integrated internal medicine services
- Diagnostics and allied health support
- Full IMG support structure
This position is ideal for a physician seeking a turnkey practice with predictable earnings and strong patient demand.
Requirements
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- American Board Certified Family Physician or Board Eligible
(CPSO supervision available through Physician on site) - CMPA coverage (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
