Family Physicians – Pain Clinic
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Our client, a leader in the pain management field with nearly 20 clinics across Ontario—from Eastern Ontario to the Greater Toronto Area and the Hamilton/Niagara Region—is seeking Family Physicians to join their growing multidisciplinary team. They are currently looking for family physicians to join their team in Brantford and Orangeville, Ontario.
Position Description
Our client's mission is to enhance the quality of life of their patients by delivering comprehensive, community-based healthcare services.
Their clinics offer a high volume of patients and an established referral network with access to numerous family physicians and healthcare providers. Comprehensive administrative support is provided, including appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and billing services, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients with a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Manage patients with complex health needs, including those living with chronic pain, mental health concerns, and other comorbidities.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes pain specialists, psychiatrists, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate ongoing patient care and facilitate referrals to specialists and community resources as appropriate.
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans to promote long-term patient wellness.

Remuneration
Fee-for-Service (FFS): 80/20 Split
If doing injections: 75/25 Split

Requirements and Qualifications
- Certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification.
- Full independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- MD with Sports Medicine training (CFPC SEM, Dip Sport Med, or equivalent)
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), including:

Canadian-trained physicians

US Board Certified physicians (eligible for independent CPSO licensure)

- Family Physicians with an established Sports Medicine or MSK-focused scope are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare settings is considered an asset.
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative practice skills.
- Interest in chronic disease management, pain medicine, and community-based care is an asset.
