We are currently recruiting Family Medicine Physicians for a dynamic clinic in North Vancouver, British Columbia. This innovative healthcare setting blends traditional longitudinal care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, wellness, and whole-patient health strategies.
This is an exceptional opportunity to practice meaningful, personalized medicine—without the pressures of running a practice. The clinic’s supportive infrastructure allows you to focus entirely on patient care, with a professional administrative and billing team managing all operational aspects.
Practice Overview:
In this unique hybrid model, physicians divide their time between two core services:
Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP):
- Care for a small, focused patient panel (~400 patients).
- Deliver high-quality, relationship-based primary care.
Compensation:
- Direct & Indirect Patient Care: 80/20 split
- Panel Payments: 90/10 split
Preventive & Wellness Medicine:
- Provide in-depth preventive health exams and non-urgent wellness consultations.
- Help patients optimize health beyond traditional care.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $250–$300/hour
- No overhead.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fully licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physician and Surgeons of BC
- CCFP or Eligible for CCFP, American Board Certified Physicians eligible
- CMPA membership in good standing
- Comfortable working with EMRs and digital tools
- Strong communicator, collaborative by nature
- Passionate about patient-centered care and prevention
