Our client in Spruce Grove, Alberta is seeking Family physicians to join their dynamic team.

Patients receive comprehensive care with physicians, pharmacists, physician specialists, LPNs, medical office leadership working together onsite to demonstrate and our commitment to the 10 pillars of the Patient’s Medical Home model. Established clinic workflows, the latest technology and modern facilities, ensure that a strong Foundation is available to ensure exceptional patient care. You will thrive in a bustling family practice clinic, serving as an integral member of the team. Working in our clients clinic and the Westview PCN setting presents unique challenges and rewarding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care and management for chronic diseases

Implement preventive care strategies

Contribute to our clinic initiatives

Support same-day appointments to enhance accessibility and patient satisfaction
Job Qualification:
The candidate must have Licensure with the CPSA or be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, including the Provisional Register Conditional Practice.

Medical degree from a recognized medical institution, including international medical schools.

Residency training in Family Medicine

Commitment to patient-centered care and the medical home model

CCFP certification or eligible
Clinic operation hours – Mon-Fri 8-4, Sat 9-2
-EMR system used – Med-Access (Telus Health)
Physician split details – Fee For Service. 60%-70% for the physician portion, could be discussed further.
Compensation (Based on AH Stat Supplement):
Fee for service compensation
Competitive salary and benefits package
The overhead structure will be discussed with the candidates who are interviewed.
