75/25 Split – For physicians seeing fewer than 60 patients per day

80/20 Split – For physicians seeing more than 60 patients per day
Earning Potential: $480K – $600K per year
Overview:
Our client, located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, just minutes from Parliament Hill, is seeking dedicated Family Physicians to join their dynamic and patient-centered team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced physicians and recent graduates looking to work in a supportive environment focused on high-quality care and professional development. The clinic operates in a modern facility, complemented by an on-site lab, X-ray and ultrasound services, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and a mental health team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.

Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records using EMR systems.

Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Independent Practice Certificate of Registration from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

Membership in good standing with the CPSO.

US-trained specialists are exempt from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada eligibility requirements. US Board Certified Physicians are eligible for an independent license in Ontario through Pathway A.

Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset but not mandatory.

Experience in urgent care or fast-paced environments is an advantage.
