Our client, a physician-led, interdisciplinary clinic network, is seeking General Practitioners to join their growing Ontario locations. This role is ideal for physicians with an interest in concussion management, chronic pain, or neuro-rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients with concussions and related conditions
- Collaborate with allied health professionals on individualized treatment plans
- Provide medical oversight and follow-up for rehabilitation patients
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Requirements:
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- CMPA coverage (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
