Family Physician Opportunities – Downtown Vancouver, BC
We are currently recruiting Family Physicians for an exciting opportunity with a leading healthcare provider located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. This clinic is redefining primary care by combining comprehensive longitudinal care with preventive health and wellness services in a truly patient-focused setting.
This innovative practice model allows you to split your time between caring for a small patient panel and providing preventive health assessments—all without the administrative burden of managing your own practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver ongoing family medicine care to a roster of ~400 patients
- Conduct in-depth preventive, wellness, and lifestyle-focused health exams
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including NPs, RNs, LPNs, and allied health staff
- Contribute to care model improvements or clinical leadership initiatives, if desired
Practice & Compensation Structure
Longitudinal Family Practice
- Focused, relationship-based care to a reduced panel size
- Compensation: 80/20 split for direct care; 100% of indirect care and panel payments
Preventive Care Stream
- Conduct full-body wellness assessments and health optimization consults
- Compensation: $250–$300/hour (no overhead)

What We’re Looking For
- Fully licensed Family Physician in British Columbia
- CMPA membership in good standing
- Comfortable working with EMRs and clinic technology
