Position Overview
Our Client is recruiting a Family Physician for a clinic in the Niagara Region (Fort Erie / Welland) attached to a long-term care facility with strong and immediate community demand.
This opportunity offers high patient flow and community-based incentives.
Compensation & Incentives
- Compensation target: $300,000–$350,000 annually
- Three-month income stabilization (no overhead)
- 25% overhead following stabilization
- Local recruitment bonus of approximately $50,000 available through the community physician recruitment network

Requirements
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- American Board Certified Family Physician or Board Eligible
- (CPSO supervision available through Physician on site)
- CMPA coverage (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
