Hospitalist – Multiple Locations
Our client is seeking Family Medicine / Hospitalist Physicians to join a collegial, supportive team that is committed to high-quality patient care and professional development!
Position Highlights

Scope of Work: Inpatient care in our medicine, rehabilitation, integrated stroke, and ALC units. Opportunities for emergency medicine, clinic locums, OR assist, coroners work, and more.

Collaborative Environment: 24-hour support from internal medicine, intensive care, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, pediatrics, anesthesia, obstetrics/gynecology, psychiatry, otolaryngology, and radiology.

Advanced Diagnostics Onsite: Ultrasound, CT, and MRI services are available to support patient care.

Opportunities for Academic Involvement: Many physicians are affiliated with Queen’s University as Assistant Professors and actively engage in resident training.
Compensation
-
Hospitalist work at BGH is highly rewarding, with weekly earnings of $10,000–$15,000 (7 days, with 2–3 calls), inclusive of stipends and Fee-for-Service (FFS) billings.
Family Physician Recruitment Program
Medical students may qualify for up to $150,000 in financial support through the Family Physician Recruitment Program, in exchange for a five-year commitment of full-time community practice and hospitalist work.
Supervision and Mentorship

Supervision Available: Our client offers supervision and mentoring opportunities for physicians seeking additional support or professional growth in a hospitalist role.

Structured orientation programs and ongoing guidance are provided to help physicians integrate seamlessly into the team.
