Full-Time Otolaryngologist
Overview
This hospital provides an array of diagnostic and specialist services including CT, MRI, Anaesthesia, Internal Medicine, Otolaryngology, Surgery, Psychiatry, Oby/Gyn, Orthopedics and an inpatient rehabilitation program.
Position Profile
Currently have one full-time Otolaryngologist and looking to recruit a second to join the team. Position will include office visits, inpatient and outpatient care, elective OR time, clinic time for minor procedures and on-call coverage.
Remuneration
Fee-for-Service position that may be eligible for extra Ministry incentive funding.
Qualifications
Preference given to candidates holding or eligible for applicable FRCPC designation.
Independent license to practice in Ontario (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario) and valid malpractice insurance.
Physicians with Royal College Approved Jurisdiction eligibility eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO.
Physicians that have successfully completed the RCPSC specialty examination via the RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route and hold the MCCQE1 exam are eligible for a supervised license with the CPSO.
In accordance with Canadian immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
