General or Pediatric Dermatologist
Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities
Our client is the largest multi-specialty outpatient clinic network in the Greater Toronto Area, providing high-quality healthcare services to diverse communities. With state-of-the-art facilities, they focus on delivering exceptional patient care across multiple specialties, supported by a dynamic and collaborative team of healthcare professionals. They are seeking a skilled Pediatric Dermatologist to join their team.
Responsibilities
As a General or Pediatric Dermatologist in a clinic setting, you will provide comprehensive dermatologic care for both adult and pediatric patients. You will assess and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.

Provide consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for dermatologic conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinic environment.

Prescribe and monitor medical therapies, order and interpret appropriate investigations, and refer patients for surgical or other specialist care when indicated.

Perform minor dermatologic procedures as appropriate to training and clinic resources.

Educate patients and families about skincare, treatment plans, and skin cancer prevention strategies tailored to different age groups.

Provide guidance on long-term management of chronic dermatologic diseases and when to seek urgent care.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in dermatology and pediatric dermatology through continuing professional development and participation in educational activities.

Collaborate effectively with primary care providers, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to training or teaching activities as required by the clinic.
Work sites: All locations- working 2-3 clinic locations per week (Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton)
Remuneration & Incentives available:

Fee for Service Split- 70/30

Earning Potential: $400,000- $550,000

Requirements
-
Medical Degree with specialist training in Paediatric Dermatology.

Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Dermatology OR American Board Certified in Dermatology

Candidates must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

US Board Certified Physician are eligible for independent license in Ontario

Strong diagnostic skills and experience in treating a range of dermatological conditions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients and families.
