Obstetrics & Gynaecology Physician – Fertility & Reproductive Health
Location: Toronto & Guelph, Ontario

Earning potential: $680,000–$880,000+ annually

Our client, Anova Fertility & Reproductive Health, is seeking Obstetrics & Gynaecology physicians with an interest in fertility medicine to join their growing team. Prior experience in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) is considered an asset; however, physicians who are motivated to learn and develop fertility-focused skills are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a fully outpatient-based opportunity.

Anova is recognized as Canada’s leader in innovative reproductive medicine and is home to the country’s first next-generation embryology laboratory. Their state-of-the-art facilities leverage advanced technology—including industry-leading air purification systems—to support exceptional patient outcomes. Anova provides a full spectrum of fertility services, from oncofertility to specialized 2SLGBTQI+ family building, while integrating holistic wellness into every care plan.

Their flagship clinic in North York is a full-service reproductive health centre, supported by locations in Guelph and Waterloo, with satellite clinics across Ontario.

As a physician at Anova, you’ll collaborate closely with Dr. Marjorie Dixon, Founder, CEO, and Medical Director—an internationally recognized leader in fertility medicine. Founded in 2016, Anova has become a premier destination for advanced reproductive care under Dr. Dixon’s visionary leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led outpatient environment where you will make a meaningful impact on patients’ fertility journeys while expanding your expertise in reproductive medicine.

Your Role

As an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Physician with Anova, you’ll join a high-performing multidisciplinary team including nurses, physician assistants, embryologists, lab professionals, and administrative staff.
