Position Title: Full-Time Urologist
Location: Ashtabula, OH
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Urologist to join our practice in Ashtabula, OH. This position includes a mix of both clinic and scheduled surgeries, offering an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded practice. We offer flexibility in scheduling, with options for 5 eight-hour shifts per week or 4 ten-hour shifts per week to best fit your work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of urological procedures, with a focus on vasectomies, in addition to other common urological surgeries.

Provide patient care in a busy clinic setting, with a steady volume of consultations and follow-up appointments.

Manage a reasonable call schedule of 10 or fewer days per month, with support from the local healthcare network.

Collaborate with a dedicated medical team, including support staff and fellow specialists, to provide comprehensive care.

Opportunity to onboard APP (Advanced Practice Provider) support in the future, enhancing workflow and expanding your capacity to care for patients.
Schedule Options:

Qualifications:

Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist.

Required experience performing vasectomies and other standard urological procedures.

Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop lasting relationships with patients and staff.
Call Expectations:

On-call duties will be limited to 10 days or fewer per month.

Call is shared amongst a small group, ensuring manageable expectations.
