Elena is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with an MSc degree in Organizational Behaviour. She brings 5+ years of experience in recruitment, physician recruitment, internal staffing, and personnel administration; as well as knowledge in statistics and data analysis. She is skilled at survey creation, administration, and interpretation; and well-versed in creating and conducting structured interviews and ensuring equity, diversity, and inclusion in organizations. She co-authored a book chapter published in “Organisational stress and well-being” – by Cambridge University Press and its Companions to Management Series (Chapter 5: The role of line managers in promoting and protecting employee well-being), and will publish her article titled Cooperative organizational cultures: A factor promoting equal gender representation in leadership in the upcoming months. Elena has experience conducting research into gender and leadership. She has presented her work at the ASAC Conference 2021 and the AOM Conference 2022.
