Even though I have never met Warren and John in person, they were always there when needed, they helped me since day 1, finding the right job, adjusting my CV, tips for the phone interview, and through the whole licensing and immigration process.
Warren called me in several occasions even without being asked, he even picked up an envelope for me himself when no one was there.
