Project Size & Scope:
Kinetix Medicine is a leading clinic specializing in orthopaedic, spine, and musculoskeletal pain management. The clinic provides non-operative, clinical services and advanced interventional therapies with a focus on timely, effective, and patient-centered care.
In addition to in-person consultations and advanced injection therapies, Kinetix offers ultrasound-guided diagnostics, EMG services, and concussion therapy. The clinic emphasizes a collaborative environment, combining interventional techniques and rehabilitative care to reduce reliance on surgery and optimize recovery and quality of life.
Rohini Patel has been supporting Kinetix Medicine in the recruitment of:
- Anesthesiologists – Specialists in interventional procedures including ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided injections, regenerative therapies including PRP (platelet-rich plasma), and advanced pain management techniques.
- Orthopaedic Surgeons – Surgeons with expertise in musculoskeletal and spine care to further enhance Kinetix’s comprehensive model of orthopaedic and rehabilitation medicine.
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physicians – Experts in musculoskeletal medicine, EMG/NCS (electromyography/nerve conduction studies), ultrasound-guided interventions, and regenerative therapies.
CanAm has resumes for 25 physician specialists that kinetix has vetted for appropriate practice at the facility including internationally trained IMGs. To date, 9 candidates have been interviewed, 2 physicians have been placed, and an additional 4 are in progress with immigration and CPSBC licensure in British Columbia.
