Terra Nova Medical Clinics is a physician-led network serving approximately 200,000 patients across multiple sites in the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and Sea to Sky, with further growth planned in 2025–2026. CanAm has supported high-priority recruitment across family medicine and select specialties for urban and suburban clinics. The engagement includes full-cycle talent support for international and Canadian candidates, guidance on licensing and credentialing steps, and close collaboration with our operations team to sequence start dates, clinic coverage, and cross-coverage.
Experience & Timelines
CanAm delivers end-to-end recruitment: targeted sourcing, screening, structured interviews, reference checks, offer and term-sheet support, and handover to onboarding. For Canadian-licensed candidates, time from first interview to signed agreement has averaged 3 to 6 weeks in our experience. For international medical graduates pursuing BC licensing pathways, the search and signing can be completed within weeks, while start dates depend on external licensing and immigration timelines. CanAm has been responsive with weekly pipeline updates, fast candidate coordination, and clear documentation for College and health authority requirements.
