Michelle: You will recall that I responded to an urgent request for an anesthesia locum in Gander, NL that was put out through Canam Recruiting last summer. After an initial conversation with John Philpott, I agreed to take on the job for the month of July. There was a short timeline to get licensure and privileges organized and I found your help invaluable in getting things done in order to start in Gander on July 2. Considering that this was a fast-track application for licensure in Newfoundland, the process was still quite labour intensive and time consuming and without your help in dealing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador, I don’t think that we would have met the deadline to get me in place for that start date.
